With over a decade of experience in sports and event operations, I have successfully planned and executed some of the most prestigious international and national events. My expertise lies in event planning, on-site execution, and end-to-end operational management, ensuring that every aspect of an event is meticulously coordinated from conception to completion.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in every stage of event planning and execution, overseeing all major operational functions including venue preparation, security, accreditation, transportation, logistics, workforce management, and crowd control. My deep understanding of cross-functional event operations allows me to effectively align all departments, ensuring smooth collaboration between sponsors, vendors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.

My portfolio includes globally recognized events such as FIBA World Championships, EuroLeague Final Fours, Saudi Games, and the Red Sea International Film Festival. Having worked across various event types, from high-profile sports tournaments to large-scale cultural festivals and summits, I have developed a holistic approach to event management that integrates strategy, precision, and adaptability.

In addition to my expertise in event operations, I have held key managerial roles in professional basketball organizations. As the Administrative Manager of the Turkish Women's National Basketball Team, I was responsible for overseeing team logistics, travel arrangements, accommodation, and game-day operations, ensuring that athletes and coaching staff could fully focus on performance. Similarly, as the Senior Team Manager for Anadolu Efes, I managed all operational aspects of the team, including player support, daily logistics, and coordination between technical staff, sponsors, and league officials. These roles reinforced my ability to manage high-pressure environments, international team coordination, and operational leadership at the highest levels of professional sports.
